I am an experienced editor and writer, currently working as Acting Managing Editor at the i newspaper. My permanent position at the publication is as its Comment Editor.

Previously, I worked as a staff technology and digital culture writer at the New Statesman and was staff writer at CityMetric (a sister site).

I’ve written for a wide range of publications including The Times, The Guardian, Private Eye, Prospect, Times Higher Education, and and Vice.
